Pros

Warm and welcoming Yearly Bonus with lots if benefits such as discounts and subsidies pay based on performance not a set rate.

Cons

Ever changing standards, its losing its sense of partnership, always brining more and more work home due to the amount being fed down to front line staff , making it harder and harder to get the balance right.

Pros

The bonus is good The pay is better than most

Cons

Majority of customers treat as if you a lesser being than they are (regardless whether you have a degree or it's a side job for you) When understaffed you're still expected to complete workload by any means necessary
