Pros

Bonus is the only reason to work for but that is different as compared to those who are at senior posts. For example, a branch manager gets the percentage of bonus according to the yearly sale for the store. If it is a partnership and share same/similar benefits, why operational staff gets fixed amount according to what they earn? Percentage of bonus for the yearly branch sales should be divided among all those working for it throughout the year. In fact, operational staff are the main reason behind the boom in sales figures.

Cons

Uncountable! Don't have enough words to express them all.
