Pros

Friendly staff and great perks such as partner discount card! A pleasant place to work if you don't take on too much responsibility otherwise it's not worth the stress for the pay.

Cons

Pay isn't the greatest for what you do and the salary increases are minimal at best. All bonuses were essentially non existent by the time I left the partnership.

Proud to work with JLP as it's a kinda "posh" company Staff benefit to buy items in JL and Waitrose is really a huge benefit

Salary is a little lower than Sainsbury's and Tesco
