Great for all, whether at uni or looking for a job. Many people stay, and it's easy to see why. The benefits given to employees are very good, and there is often a way to rise up where necessary

Nothing major, holiday is best to be booked early on, especially for busy periods, but sometimes the requests are denied due to lack of staff; it is often possible to negotiate around these times.
