- job stability workin in government - getting to serve your community - good benefits like the employee wellness center where you can get doctor visits for free

Cons

- the pay raises per year are not very substantial - the specific department that I worked for was not flexible with working hybrid or remote, it was only in person - not a ton of room for growth in the department that I was in
