Lack of Diversity is troubling

Its great working in Higher Ed. Its' fun to watch you people evolve into adults.

Cons

There is an elitist attitude on campus. Almost no racial diversity..95% of the staff are white and some don't make you feel welcome. I've never felt like I was part of the Wake Forest Family . There are no minorities in leadership roles and promotions are often given without the position being posted.
