Was close to home, Didn't have far to drive, With gas prices dropping it did not matter much.

Cons

Hatch has no idea about the way things are run off campus. Crooks in every corner of business. Contract work, under the table pay it forward.

Top notch school with growing programs. Great opportunity to support students in college environment. Small, intimate campus that promotes peer collaborations across units.

Cons

The university can be very traditional. Institution maintains an attitude of "that's the way things have always been done' rather than exploring new avenues to enhance the overall program.

Relaxed, stress-free environment, nice campus, benefits

Cons

Leadership unable to make decisions or take action. Pay. I was promoted twice with no increase in pay. As a manager, I was making less than my subordinates. Not a very challenging environment or one where you get recognized or rewarded for your hard work. They reward you for doing nothing.
