Pros
Excellent community learning resource. Small classrooms, variety of learning methods, instructors come from real-world experience. Highly competent and helpful colleagues.
Cons
Be sure you're part of the clique. A large part of what that means is don't rock the boat. Very formal environment. Higher-level employees called as "VP Jones" rather than by first name or by Ms Jones. Creates we vs they environment in my opinion. During my time, very heavy on "That's the way we've always done it". Not for me.
