Pros

The other staff and faculty are passionate about what they do and how to help students succeed. I enjoy teaching. The benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Picky about schedules. Expectations that all students will or should pass and if they drop out, it's because we didn't help them enough. PD is limited and repetitive.
