The culture here is toxic under the new leadership. There’s rampant gaslighting, a lack of trust, and work / life balance is horrible. If you prefer a partnership with your employer where you are treated as an asset and given flexibility and support in exchange for providing value, this is not the place for you. If you enjoy power games, are comfortable with duplicity, and lack a conscience, you could do well. The cult / kool-aid / narc vibes are super strong.
