Pros
The people who work here are like a family. Everyone is very caring. The benefits package is exceptional compared to many other companies' packages. This is a very stable company that is growing in number of stores.
Cons
Expect to work hard. There are not enough people for the amount of work expected. No plans to add help in the divisions that have the most work. It's not an easy environment to work in. There are big expectations and if you do not comply, you're not promoted or considered for promotion.
