      Union company Checks always cleared

      Cons

      It’s not a bad place to work if you have relatives that work or have worked there. If you are hired because of qualifications you will be the scapegoat and are easily expendable. Definitely not a good company to work for if you value your sanity.

      Pros

      Company is doing a great job re branding itself. Field managers are wonderful and helpful. Great teamwork from them. New employees are really turning around the culture. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team needs to be revamped. Too much old blood and people in the wrong positions for their skill set. Poor leadership. Low wages and they know it! No dental or vision insurance and open enrollment for profit sharing is only in January, so if you start work in March you have to wait until you are there a year then wait until January comes again.(almost two full years)

      Pros

      Most of the people are nice, but there are a lot of people who have been there for years and are bitter and angry.

      Cons

      Not a progressive company. They promote people who shouldn’t be based on tenure not whether they’re a good fit. There is favoritism and nepotism abundance here.
