Consistent workflow with variety of projects. Committed to it's clients.

Cons

A toxic work environment fueled by nepotism, favoritism, prejudice, and unfairness, where your career growth depends on personal connections rather than merit. Work ethic and productivity often go unrecognized and unrewarded. A lot of bosses, but not many leaders. Pay is typically below industry standards, and bonuses aren't that special.

EXTREMELY racist employees and actions by this company. AVOID!! They talk about diversity is important to them, but their actions DON’T match their words. Stellantis should find a BETTER partner in the future. One who isn’t racist against it’s tradesmen.
