Pros

There are no pros to working at this company unless you are buddies with the owners.

Cons

Benefits are terrible. No paid leave for mothers. Expect to take fmla. Pay is terrible. Every position is underpaid. Management is terrible for most departments internally. Good ole boy system runs rampant. They even went with an outside hire when merging departments for the VP role to oversee the new department when plenty of long term company people were qualified and eager to grow with the company. They don't really do anything about anyone who is bad at their job. Not until they say some racist remarks or do anything else grossly indecent to where they have to fire them. No consistency on managerial decisions. Literally is up to whoever the manager of the department is and how they're feeling that day.
