Super uptight. No real move around. Communication is terrible. They don’t have any empathy or try to work with people who have families. They only want OLD retirement age or people with no families. Their ‘warnings’ are bs and have no time limit. It doesn’t matter how far back you bend for them, if you do one little thing wrong you get one warning and then you’re fired. Kept trying to change my schedule to better accommodate my family and they refused. I had a few situations that were out of my control (like someone smashing my car) and they didn’t care. I still got penalized for it. Shame on them. Especially for firing me during a HOLIDAY season. A single parent at that! They do not care about you. It’s all a lie during the training.
