Pros
The pay is held higher than any other security position in the city, and rivals some police departments. You work with only the best people, either ex military, ex police, or experienced security officers. The hiring process is very detailed, and neary 85% of applications are denied.
Cons
Working hours were regularly subtracted from pay. Extreme manpower shortages, following one full year of hiring only 15 people (as opposed to an anual average of over 100), forced management to eneact a forced overtime plan, which lasted 8 months. The duty equipment was unnacceptable for use. Most of it would be usefull as cheap costume accessories.
