      Pros

      If you just want a job to coast through life then it's a decent place. As long as you do your job correctly, management leaves you alone other than calling to ask if you want overtime.

      Cons

      They pay based on location and not the employee. I was making $11 an hour, but when I switched to a different location I was dropped to $8 after 5 years of working for them. Turn over rate is extremely high. Management has a serious lack of communication when you need anything.

      Pros

      The only benefit to this job is if you're REALLY hurting for health insurance at least it gets you that much but that's about it.

      Cons

      The Management is scheming, unorganized, lying, back stabbing, hypocritical, crude, rude, and lazy to top it all off. They don't treat their supervisors or their regular employees fairly. They lie about pay rates. I've heard some employees say they aren't paid for holidays like Christmas. I would highly suggest to anyone thinking of applying for this company to turn away now. They will not treat you like a human being, but instead like a dollar sign. This job will stress you out to your max until you quit.
