      Pros

      Excellent clients. The design team works very closely together and support each other in any way they can. Upper management is great. The treat you like family.

      Cons

      Health benefits offered but it's expensive and no 401K company contributions. The workload could be extremely heavy at times. Designers should get higher salaries.

      Pros

      Most people are friendly, work environment pretty lax, no micromanaging, open to suggestions and not afraid to change. Recognition for good work

      Cons

      Dirty office, some management extremely unprofessional, unqualified for positions. Too much workload not enough staff, poor benefits, unclear on direction of company, no defined company standards, a lot of favoritism. Lots of mistakes made, with no accountability among staff. Not everyone is really good at working as a cohesive team towards the singular goal of bettering the company, many individual agendas.
