Pros

The ability to move up within the company was easy as there is always a turnover within the district and the need to fill positions.

Cons

There is no work-life balance. As an ASM, you are expected to be there or makeup whenever you are not. It does not matter if you are sick or have prior engagements worked out with upper management. You are expected to be there. They make working conditions horrible for employees they wish to force quit.
