Decent training, lots of work available, advancement opportunities, better culture than most retail

Cons

Your relationship with your manager will vary. Many styles, some great, most not. You'll be expected to move to another location within 50 miles on little or no notice. Constant flex in payroll budgets keep staffing at a minimum.

Fun atmosphere, get to meet new people every day. Think out of the box. Challenging yet rewarding.

Have to do everything all the workers do including: stocking, photo, register on top of doing AM duties and learning to be a SM
