Pros

Good experience to start career. Professionally I've learned and grown so much. 4 % matched profit sharing and 10% discount on stock purchase program, good dividends. Great people to learn from.

Cons

Big emphasis on company values, customer care principles, upselling at register, salutations like "Be Well " are all mandatory and enforced. This can be strange, cultish and dehumanizing. They have undergone a corporate restructuring that has taken away budgets, eliminated jobs, and raised standards and responsibilities resulting in a workforce that is spread very thin. Work life balance not good. Schedule all over the place. Mornings, mid shifts, evening shifts, even overnights. Health insurance is expensive.
