Pros

You are able to move up pretty quickly.

Cons

The past is awful, they work you to death, always short staffed, district manager complains it's NEVER good enough but they set you up to fail.

Pros

The discount can be helpful for everyday things, for sure.

Cons

Just about everything else about the job is pretty awful. Company structure is tailored around being cheap and overworking a limited staff.
