      Teams and management don’t coordinate and actively block each other. It’s impossible to make any actual progress before management changes directions and derails everything. Benefits are oriented toward part-time retail workers, and thus are far substandard for tech roles. Also, don’t count on actually being paid what you were offered, as they may change compensation at any point.
