Pros

The people there are great. The team around you is always willing to help. The work was very challenging but to see it results play out in the open market was very satisfying to see.

Cons

Pay was lower than I would have liked.

Pros

People are great to work with in your team/Great social after hours life Great place to learn customer service skills Company take pride in their appearance Company take development of skills seriously from the offset Relatively easy to get extra over time if needed. Progression through company possible with determination. Skills are very sought after and are easily transferable between jobs/companies

Cons

Management can be very "power hungry" They want to compete with the likes of John Lewis and department stores but this is impossible due to the hourly rates of pay. Team managers often stand doing nothing, and moan at assistants to do work. This could just have been my store.
