      If you like working in retail, it's fine. I was working at the busiest store in Heathrow Terminal 5, so I found the pace quite frustrating

      It pays the bills, and is better than being unemployed although you get the feeling that could happen.

      Cons

      With the current scheme of yearly reviews, people who do their job but are not seen to "go the extra mile" whatever that means get flagged as underachieving.
