Short staffed usually, don’t get paid enough

There is tons of corporate micro-managing. Many rules and policies in the pharmacy that take away the free will of the technician to use their own judgement and experience. As the years go on, the company seems to take away emphasis on the importance of the individual employee. The work environment is becoming more difficult/stressful, and perks/benefits are slowly being diminished. Hours, staffing, and resources are continually decreased.
