Pros

Benefits are decent. They also pay for your Rx training, licensing, and certification. I worked in a several stores, and what made some better than others was the staff and management.

Cons

Low pay, raises are minimal (25-50 cents a year), no real opportunity for advancement. I left because there was nowhere for me to go.

Pros

not too many pros but It is a job.

Cons

Its all who you know not what you know in order to be promoted. And every year they cut benefits, bonuses pay raises and etc. and extras. Horrible work-life balance.

Pros

Benefits, PTO and profit sharing. Willing to help with any family issues. Mid-level management very receptive to hear what you have to say.

Cons

Overworked, stress is outrageous, end up working too many hours and not getting paid due to salary designation. Upper level management not very trustworthy. Company has changed for the worse after merger/sale with Alliance Boots. CEO good businessman BAD BOSS. Company no longer has best interest of the employees, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!
