Pros

Lots of potentials for providing patient care. Walgreens usually innovates with ideas and technology. We have some of the best technological tools at our fingertips.

Cons

Reduced margins results in high work load and minimal technician help. Each day, we are pressured to meet sales goals for immunizations, reach a certain percentage of follow-up patient calls, and perform MTMs. All of this is pushed while continually reducing technician help and not making provisions for pharmacist breaks.

Cons

Techs do all thew work except prescription review, its a lot of stress, ours are always fluctuating, sometimes you have to go to other stores to complete 40 week if any stores even have hour available.
