Pros

I love this company because they respect their employees.

Cons

sometimes in the photography area the clients needs more help and more employees to help the needs of the clients. Remember not all people are tecnologies types. Organized more the store, rotulate apropiate, seniors line are important.

Pros

Longstanding success means job security (for the most part), store discount, management seems to care a lot.

Cons

Large pool of talent content on going nowhere and remaining in the same role. Bonuses are low (but you shouldn't complain about a bonus). Very low vacation policy.

Pros

Health benefit premiums and transit passes paid by employer. Everyone hired as full time with 40 hours. Ability to give up or take on extra shifts(shift trades allowed amongst coworkers). Shift options based on length of employment and performance combination. Choice of 4 or 5 day work week depending on shifts available each bid(change approximately every 6 weeks). Fantastic group of coworkers of all ages. In office management/team leads very accessible, supportive, and easy to talk to. Great views to enjoy while at work.

Cons

Quarterly bonuses not attainable for anyone due to present design of metrics for performance. Social activities such as organized staff outings and events not encouraged by US based senior management. Full time hours drastically cut back for several months with only one days notice. Too much emphasis put on what employees do incorrectly instead of all that they excel at(do one thing incorrectly and no chance to receive a bonus even if you exceeded required metrics in all other areas). Low base wage and infrequent raises. No assigned work stations so they can be rather unsanitary. 24/7 operation and some Canadian holidays not recognized. Staff discount on products is available but shipping to Canada is not so perk is really not available to employees.
