Pros

Wonderful, friendly, well educated colleagues. Great opportunity to provide convenient care in a very simple, accessible setting. Good pay.

Cons

No life/work balance. 12 hour shift, often at busy clinics with no MA. Mandatory meetings, computer assignments, time clock punching, asking pts to answer surveys, clean clinics. Software malfunctions on ongoing basis and management thinks it's amusing always "fixing it". No support from management, constant criticism. Very little PTO. No sick days or CME days. High turnover, greedy corporate culture.

Pros

Nice place to work when you work with the right people

Cons

I feel like my only job sometimes is to push products and convince people to sign up and buy for things Hours are getting cut all the time and they put a pay cap on our salaries
