Pros

You meet a variety of people, you're working a "white collar" job supposedly, and they're lenient in their policies.

Cons

You work as if you are a factory worker, the company doesn't appreciate its employees anymore, the work conditions are as bad as and comparable to warehouses, you don't get paid enough for what you're expected to do, the opportunities for job advancement are nearly gone, your position gets capped and you can't move up, you don't have time to provide good quality service to your customers, and you are just a number.

Pros

If you are goal oriented, driven and self motivated, this place will allow you to move up. They offer tools for training and have a lot of resources to give you the information you need.

Cons

Myrtle Beach market is very limited in room for promotion to Store Manager as the turnaround of management is low ( which is a good thing as they all like their job).
