Pros

Working with some nice people in the stores

Cons

A incompetent Dm that is clueless in how to treat people and communicate with anyone under the Store Manager Level. Making someone choose between a sick family member and keeping his position becaue I couldn't work an unscheduled 6th day. Then when complaining to HR he denies saying it and blames the store manager. The DM position should be a retail person from the front of the store not a pharmacist that is clueless to the real world of retail.

Pros

They offer profit sharing and are flexible with scheduling IF you are a regular, non-mgt employee. The pay is very comparable for management positions.

Cons

The shifts that managers work are very crazy and non-routiine. You must work holidays. Managers are supposed to have degrees, but they don't like working around school schedules. A lot of changes are happening that are hurting the management positions.
