Pros

The job is challenging with multi departments so it's never boring. There is an employee discount of 15% and 20% store brand products. You'll work with interesting employees.

Cons

There are no promotional opportunities with this company. Ive spent 4yrs as MGT (w/BS degree) without promotional growth. In fact theyre reducing pay of all MGTS nationwide. The upper management is lazy and doesn't recognize employee diligence/effort/significance. Customers can often be crazy. You'll work almost every weekend and holiday. The workload itself is very labor intensive.

Pros

Some chance for promotion, not so much anymore now that they are cutting back on things now though.

Cons

Dealing with angry customers, and if you have a bad manager the experience may not be as good as it was for me.
