Pros

you really bond with the other employees at work because you see them more than your actual family

Cons

forced to do everything by yourself, while your store manager sits his ass in the office. Only time he comes out of the office is when district manager is coming. Store manager does not care about his employees at all. District manager forces you to transfer to another store an hour and a half away from where you live.

Pros

A good place to work if you are young and wanting to pursue a career in retail. If you are there long enough you may have the opportunity to become a manager, however this may take several years. If you are a people person you will enjoy working here.

Cons

Management seemed to lack leadership, organization and teamwork abilities. You must deal with very rude customers.
