Pros

Flexible hours, not to complicated, stress free for the most part. Managers are really considerate and seem to care about what their employees have to say.

Cons

The pay could be better, some of the people they hire makes me question the standards the company tries to follow.

Pros

Generally corporate employees are not expected to work more than 40 hours a week. Discount at stores. I worked from home a few days a week.

Cons

Poor health insurance. Vacation packages are not competitive. Entire departments are laid off with no warning. Some internal IT systems are clunky and outdated.

Pros

Great pay, room for advancement (providing the economy is good), good place to get lots of experience handling employees and customers on a small scale.

Cons

Managers get transferred once a year up to an hour away from their homes whether they want to or not, bad economy means no room for growth, if the store is making lots of money then the store manger gets away with not doing anything while dumping all their work onto the assistant managers. If the pharmacy is having problems either store or corporate level, you will feel it in your pay check.
