If you want time off it'll be very hard to get it approved since staffing is so tight. Currently there are salary cuts and hours are cut making a FT job only possible if you are willing to travel store to store. Stores may be located 2 hours apart from one another. Corporates attitude is if you want a job you'll have to travel. Rotating from store to store makes regular rotating schedules next to impossible to obtain. You never know what the next schedule will look like making work life balance very difficult If you stay late to take care of a patient expect to be told to shave a few minutes off each day to make up the difference.HR policies change when ever the company feels the need so you never really know where you stand. If you have a question for HR be ready for them to refer you back to your manager for the answer. Benefits for health care are fair but not good. Paid time off is average but difficult to schedule and current policy is use it or loose it policy.
