Pros

Walgreens is a decent place to work and offers advancement in career opportunities if you are willing to put your best out there. Most people I have worked with are easy to get along with and I have made several friends in working at different stores in my career with the company.

Cons

There are times when you will have to work a late night/early morning shift, but then that will probably go along where ever you work; though it has happened more so at Walgreens than at any other place I have worked. I have been in the same position for almost 4 years, have been interviewed for a management position, and feel that I know as much or more than the management in my store; instead I am in this position where I am just me. I go to work everyday trying to support my family on a photo technician salary.
