Setup for Failure

Pros

You get paid on time

Cons

Low staff levels No teams - staffing is so low you mostly work alone Safety - You work alone a lot, in high theft areas, with poor security. Money isn’t invested to keep things in working condition causing lots of safety hazards. Training is non-existent leading to safety issues. Lack of training - They’re staffed at such low levels there’s no one available to properly train anyone. Even pharmacists hired in are only slotted 100 hours or so to train. Patient safety definitely suffers because of lack of investment in training both in giving time to the employee to be trained and providing adequate people to do the training and invest the time. Awful Pay and inconsistent pay raise practices. Low accountability Poor work life balance Inadequate technology

Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay (relative to other retail jobs), easy work.

Cons

The company is actively falling apart. Hours continue to be cut, shift leads are expected to not take breaks in order to complete work. As a shift lead, you are expected to do literally everything except run the pharmacy.
