Pros

- Great people to work with, flexibility to pick up hours or overtime at other stores. - Depending on who your boss is, you can learn a lot about the business. - Employee discount was better than competitors.

Cons

- Corporate uses smoke and mirrors to make it look like the company outlook is good. - Managers are not given much time to work side-by-side with employees, so development is hard. - Yearly talent review is heavily influenced by store manager opinion, and is not consistent from store to store or manager to manager. - Work/Life balance is basically non-existent.
