Pros

You learn quickly and are able to ownership of decisions from the start

Cons

HR isn't professional or honest when hiring you. Be careful when reviewing your offer letter and have everything that is being offered written in writing. The chances of others moving on and you do three roles instead of just yours is the normal everyday behavior here.

The people you directly work with can be some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Cons

Barely any hours, pay is low in comparison to other places, Corporate only cares about profit, not you, and you rarely get lunch breaks.
