Pros

Awesome relationships to coworkers, managers, and regular customers; offers lots of hours and opportunities for more at other store locations

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work we have to do, especially with how often people call out; lazy coworkers who get complaints from customers when they treat them like trash still don't get fired because we need people so badly due to high turnover; our jobs are constantly being threatened by corporate over menial things like not participating in the weekly Pulse meetings enough (which only a handful of us on the whole store team are forced to do) or not pushing vaccinations to customers enough at the register.
