Pros

You get to train and obtain your pharmacy license while working. Most locations have amazing staff that will allow you to go on your pace while training and allows you to ask many questions if needed, very hands on job if you like fast paced learning.

Cons

Pay isn't the highest when it comes to yearly raises, Hours is also another thing that is very 50/50. During flu, fall/winter seasons your store will be given more hours VS the summer/spring your store will have limited hours.
