Pros

PTO, 401K, (if you work there long enough to get them) Company pays for yearly tech license, materials given for PTCB certification. Get your licenses and a bit of experience then GET OUT

Cons

not enough staff, sometimes not well trained, hours make for bad work-life balance, they are basically breaking the law by making staff work without breaks, salary cap, no room for advancement once sr. tech status is reached but they certainly pile more work on you

Pros

Benefits are reasonable - even after serious curtailment in health insurance. The larger WBA Group addresses charity and sustainability with apparent earnest.

Cons

Some "pockets" of the company - such as (GNFR) Procurement - are grossly mismanaged. Little to no career opportunity. Outside exposure and training is discouraged. Employees have no empowerment.
