Pros

I have thoroughly enjoyed Walgreens because the company pays the employees well for the hard work put in. Coming from CVS, I was skeptical because I hated CVS so much. The benefits with Walgreens are amazing. A company worth making a career out of.

Cons

I have no cons myself, but I have seen managers take too much time in hesitating to promote employees that are well qualified to be promoted.

Pros

Benefits are fine but... A lot a people with skills and potential below the “management scope”

Cons

Considering that the company belongs overseas (USA). In Puerto Rico theres a lot of exceptions when given the opportunity to become a manager, to people without basics academics knowledges, especially when those people can’t express an single word in english. Actually, many of them can’t identify an single detail in theirs native tongue.
