Pros

Can be hired with no experience. Walgreens will train you to become a pharmacy technician. Send you to classes and help you become PTCB certified.

Cons

Extremely poor tech budget hours makes it virtually impossible to get the work done. No corporate concern for customers or employees. Harassed and micromanaged

401-k. Lenient scheduling. Friendly customers and staff

Cons

Pay is too low. Walgreens makes billions, but will not give raises above .30 a year for a CSA.
