Pros

Management seemed like they were very encouraged to explain company decisions very thoroughly. I felt as much a part of the company as I think any part-time employee could. Pay was above minimum wage.

Cons

Both locations I worked at felt very understaffed and the lower management seemed very stressed to meet unreasonable demands. As a result as a part-time employee I was constantly pressured to pick up far more hours than I could actually work. I felt very disposable, every new idea was pushed with the idea of "do this or you'll be terminated"

Pros

Can advance through the company fairly quickly.

Cons

Company will say one thing, but do the opposite. Company will implement rules and policies for legal reasons, but will actively stride around the policies. Lack of honesty, trust, and loyalty from higher levels of company positions. Very high level of stress.
