Pros

Great people, great company, very comfortable environment to work in, room for growth both on the sales floor and in the pharmacy.

Cons

Hourly pay, raises are very minimal once every year, management lacked communication. Also employees weren't properly trained in certain departments.

Pros

SOME coworkers are nice and you end up building a friendship, the discounts were nice on top of sale items.

Cons

Very immature workplace, high school drama all over again Even store managers are involved in said drama Managers are very misleading You are expected to know everything without ever being told about a task You are not paid enough for the job you do, including cashiers

Pros

Benefits, store discount, receive the true understanding of working in the retail industry

Cons

Management does not have good communication at all, management care more about the store than employees, and they do not equally treat the new impulse program with all employees. We also do not get paid enough for the labor we do.
