Pros

It was nice at the beginning. It felt like family colleagues are really nice . Patient flow depends on the location it can get really busy

Cons

They cut hours and took away HCT so most of the time you work alone and see the required number of patients per day

Pros

Fast paced retail work. Standardized procedures and expectations make cross training and store transfers a breeze.

Cons

Sometimes feel like the corporation matters more than the employees. Not a lot of room for upward mobility.

Pros

The majority of patients are understanding and make the job really enjoyable.

Cons

...there are always the patients that are so understanding. Hours are constantly getting cut from pharmacy while the workload continues to increase. This makes our jobs all the more difficult and it became hard to devote any individual time to a patient that needed assistance.
