Pros

Coworkers are amazing, okay benefits, decent employee discounts when you know about all of them.

Cons

Hours being cut. Raises are not based on performance. Software updates cause constant crashes. Hard to get time off even when requests were put in months in advance. Short staffed. drive thru speakers are terrible. Too many things being tracked so patients get annoyed by 20 questions.

Pros

Good benefits and health insurance.

Cons

Not enough staff, favoritism, neglectful fake managers, a company who only focuses on the big picture and not the employees. "Everyone is replaceable" Badly trained in bad situations.
