Pros

Great pay and benefits. You get to work with a software system that lets you do your job fast. Remote verification has started

Cons

Over worked, not enough technician staff due to high turnover, and floater schedules mean you must use all your PTO to do anything since you cannot plan ahead

Pros

Great company is willing to work with your hours even if you go to school, great benefits, good pay.

Cons

They demand you to do more with less, and they are numbers driven to the point of alienating customers and some team members

Pros

Will train Raises every year Good place to start

Cons

Upper management doesn't understand pharmacy policies or how busy it is and request insane projects be completed that doesn't further anything. Always understaffed and at my store since we kept getting good stores they kept cutting our hours saying that if we can get all that done we don't need as many people/hours. Walgreens pays their techs the lowest in the area most other pharmacy's start their techs $3-4 more an hour. Only one promotion oppritunity to Senior Tech and they cap how much a tech can make per hour.
